Return Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your UNWORN footwear within 30 days of you receiving your order.
We ask that during this decision period that you wear your shoes and boots INSIDE ON A CLEAN SURFACE for a brief time. We don't accept back worn shoes unless there is a defect or fault in the materials or workmanship.
How to return
Please write the reason for your return and enclose it with your name, address, phone number and your receipt.
Your receipt is required for all refunds.

What's required?
With all returns, the customer must pay the return freight charges. On exchanges we will again send the shoes back to you free of charge (For New Zealand customers only). Customer services - advice
