Delivery - Freight Charges

There is a $10 freight charge anywhere in New Zealand.

All deliveries will be by Aramex Couriers, within a 1 – 4 day delivery , depending on the time of the week, (no weekend deliveries). Rural district deliveries will take 1 - 2 days longer.

Please note all returns freight charges must be paid for by the customer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your UNWORN purchase for another style or size, please enclose details of the Brand, Style, Colour and size you wish to exchange you shoes for. We also require your receipt to be returned, along with your name, address and phone number. Please send your shoes back for exchange within 30 days of receiving them.

With all exchanges the customer must pay for the return freight charges. On exchanges we will again send your new purchase back to you free of charge (For New Zealand customers only).

Faulty Shoes Guarantee

All footwear sold by us has our guarantee against defects or faults in materials and workmanship. If under normal conditions of wear and tear your shoes let you down please return them to us, with your proof of purchase, we will do whatever we can to solve the problem for you. Please note that we don't guarantee against abusive or excessive wear and tear on our shoes.
